Client Account Manager job opportunity at our national office in Brighton
Community Wood Recycling is a multi-award-winning network of social enterprises committed to helping in the fight against climate change by saving resources. We also create jobs nationally for those facing social exclusion.
We are looking for a competent and motivated communicator to join our small, happy Sales Team based in our central Brighton office. The position is full-time (37.5hrs per week) although we could accommodate an outstanding part-time candidate (22.5+hrs per week).
The role involves phoning and emailing current clients and researching prospective new clients as well as the wider sustainable market of wood recycling. You will manage a portfolio of key national construction companies with a view to winning additional business for our members.
Key responsibilities:
You will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Support our members by arranging wood waste collections and deal with phone enquiries from clients.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved on a month-by-month basis.
You will have:
- Strong communication and good IT skills, be self-motivated, enjoy research and problem solving and share our commitment to saving resources and changing lives.
