Community Wood Recycling one of UK’s top 100 social enterprises
We were delighted to attend the NatWest SE100 awards last night, and find out that we made it onto the SE100 index of the country’s top 100 social enterprises. This list is based on a wide range of criteria including growth, leadership and impact.
We were also shortlisted in the resilience category of the awards, and although we didn’t win we did get a special mention from the judges for the development of our network. It was great to hear the inspiring stories of the other nominees, from community transport to a record label that harnesses the talents of people who are or have been in prison.
