With the eyes of the world on the COP26 summit in Glasgow, Community Wood Recycling network members Glasgow Wood Recycling have been chosen to be part of the Destination Media Hub exhibition in the Host City Zone.

The ‘Made in Glasgow’ showcase, curated in partnership with Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, highlights the city’s innovative approach to sustainability – particularly through circular economy principles – and profiles its creativity across art, architecture, design, film, fashion, food and drink.

The exhibition is open to journalists from all over the world who are reporting on the negotiations from the city.

Alison McRae, Senior Director at Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and Lead at Circular Glasgow, said:

“It’s fantastic to see so many of our businesses, in the spotlight, showcasing to others in their sector and across the globe that circular models are not only building a brighter sustainable future, but can also drive turnover and profit.

“We hope that it inspires those across Glasgow, as well as those visiting the city during COP26, to take action now.”
