January update

Community Wood Recycling provides a waste removal service to the construction industry, and we will continue to do so during lockdown.  The reclaimed timber stores in our network fall under the category of builders merchants, and are not required to close.  However, it is important that we do everything we can to protect our communities, and with this in mind we have been changing the way we work.  

Our wood stores are typically based in warehouse type buildings with lots of outdoor space.   Pre-booked appointments, call and collect or delivery services will allow us to continue to provide an environmentally friendly alternative to virgin timber.  All our premises vary, so the exact arrangements will differ around the network.  We are asking our customers to check with their local wood recyclers to find out about local provision.
