Representatives of Bristol Wood Recycling met with staff at Crest Nicholson Regeneration’s site at Bath Western Riverside yesterday to present them with a certificate of recycling achievement, celebrating the site’s contribution of over 100 tonnes of wood waste recycled with with Community Wood Recycling.
Around 70% of the wood has been directly reused, either as timber, wooden products, or firewood for the Bristol community, and the rest sent to be recycled as woodchip, biomass, or chipboard.
